Rob Hunt brings over 20 years of experience in owning and operating hormone replacement and functional medicine facilities. As the former CEO of Life Force MD, he successfully led the organization to expand to more than 10 locations, demonstrating his expertise in practice management, strategic growth, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

A Veteran of the United States Army, Rob embodies discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service that extends beyond his professional career. He has been generous with both his time and resources, actively supporting his local community and contributing to local American Legions.

In addition to his business achievements, Rob is a professional powerlifter who has earned multiple world records, underscoring his dedication to physical excellence. His background as a fitness expert complements his work in functional medicine, where he emphasizes both health optimization and overall well-being.

Rob is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School Online, further enhancing his leadership and management expertise with world-class business education.

Dr. Mary T. Kashurba, M.D., received her Bachelor of Science from Ursinus College and her Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. With Board certifications from the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Integrated Holistic Medicine, and 30 years of experience, Dr. Kashurba brings vast knowledge and new perspective to the practice of Functional Medicine 

Jill earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare management from Columbia Southern University and is a certified medical assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants.  She began her healthcare career in 2009 as a medical assistant in the urgent care field and then worked as a Practice Administrator overseeing multiple urgent care sites.  Jill has also worked for numerous years as an Administrative Director in the occupational and travel medicine field.  Working in both clinical and administrative roles throughout her healthcare career has given Jill insight into both aspects of care.  She has also spent over 20 years running a family business, which combined with her healthcare experience, has given her exceptional customer service skills.  When Jill is not spending time with her family and grandchildren, she enjoys yoga, traveling with her husband, antiquing, and spending time with her dogs.

Paige is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who graduated at the top of her class from the Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Her background includes extensive experience in critical care and behavioral health nursing as well as dermatology.

Paige has always been a health-conscious person which has become a mainstay in the way she cares for her patients as she utilizes a patient-centered approach and focuses on optimizing the overall health of her patients so that they can feel and look their absolute best. Paige prides herself on hard work and dedication and her insatiable appetite for knowledge makes her a dedicated provider that is always seeking out new learning opportunities so that she can best serve her patients. 

When Paige is not working you can find her spending time with her family and her 2 dogs, Chief and Gina, going on various camping trips, riding horses, and attending country music concerts.

With 17 years of experience in massage therapy and esthetics, Bonnie Paladino brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and therapeutic expertise to her practice. As the former owner of her own spa for 12 years, she has built her career around personalized care, professional excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping clients improve their well-being.

Bonnie specializes in medical and therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, and focused treatment of the back and neck. She has a particular passion for addressing muscle tension, working with areas of discomfort, and helping clients improve mobility and physical function. Her approach combines skilled, targeted bodywork with an understanding of the body's muscular structure and the importance of tailoring each treatment to the individual.

Throughout her career, Bonnie has developed a strong foundation in hands-on therapeutic care, drawing on years of practical experience to adapt her techniques to each client's needs and goals. She understands that effective massage therapy goes beyond relaxation and can play an important role in managing muscular tension, supporting recovery, and promoting overall physical well-being.

Bonnie takes pride in providing thoughtful, individualized treatments in a welcoming and professional environment. Her goal is to help each client feel heard, receive care tailored to their concerns, and leave feeling more comfortable, restored, and better able to move through daily life.

Allison received an Associate’s Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University.  She is presently a member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She has an extensive 33-year nursing career in emergency service and critical care.  In 2009, Allison began to pursue her passion in skin and has loved every moment of this adventure.  Allison takes pride in teaching clients one positive change in their daily skin care routine that can make all the difference.  Beautiful skin is healthy skin!!! In her free time, Allison enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling with her husband Mike and looks forward to all her visits to Dewey Beach, Delaware!!!

With over 8 years of experience as a Medical Assistant, Deb brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to patient care. Known for her friendly demeanor and attention to detail, she plays an essential role in supporting both patients and providers to ensure a smooth and comfortable clinical experience.

Outside of work, Deb enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging in a little retail therapy. She is passionate about helping others and is proud to be part of a team that prioritizes wellness and patient-centered care.
