Dr. Mary T. Kashurba, M.D., received her Bachelor of Science from Ursinus College and her Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. With Board certifications from the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, the American Board of Integrated Holistic Medicine, and 30 years of experience, Dr. Kashurba brings vast knowledge and new perspective to the practice of Functional Medicine 

Rob has owned and operated multiple businesses in the medical field.  He was  formerly CEO of Life Force MD.  Rob has extensive knowledge in the practice management field growing companies while maintaining excellent customer service levels.  Rob has been generous in donating time and money to the local community as well as local American Legions.  Rob is a Veteran of the United States Army.  He is also a professional power lifter with multiple world records as well as a physical fitness expert.  Rob graduated from Harvard Business School Online.

Jill earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare management from Columbia Southern University and is a certified medical assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants.  She started her healthcare career 13 years ago as a medical assistant in the urgent care field and then worked as a Practice Administrator overseeing multiple urgent care sites.  Jill has also worked for numerous years as an Administrative Director in the occupational and travel medicine field.  Working in both clinical and administrative roles throughout her healthcare career has given Jill insight into both aspects of care.  She has also spent over 20 years running a family business, which combined with her healthcare experience, has given her exceptional customer service skills.  When Jill is not spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoys yoga, traveling with her husband, antiquing, and spending time with family and her dog.

Paige is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who graduated at the top of her class from the Pennsylvania State University where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Nurse Practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. Her background includes extensive experience in critical care and behavioral health nursing as well as dermatology.

Paige has always been a health-conscious person which has become a mainstay in the way she cares for her patients as she utilizes a patient-centered approach and focuses on optimizing the overall health of her patients so that they can feel and look their absolute best. Paige prides herself on hard work and dedication and her insatiable appetite for knowledge makes her a dedicated provider that is always seeking out new learning opportunities so that she can best serve her patients. 

When Paige is not working you can find her spending time with her family and her 2 dogs, Chief and Gina, going on various camping trips, riding horses, and attending country music concerts.

Antonia Mangione is a nationally certified aesthetician; her personal philosophy is centered around continued education, which she achieves by continuously seeking out new knowledge for both her and her clients.  Antonia believes in a balanced approach to your skin health, focused on both internal and external modalities.  Antonia specializes in microneedling, dermaplaning, medical grade peels and restorative services as a certified oncology trained aesthetician.  Outside of work, Antonia enjoys surrounding herself with family and friends for trips down the shore, traveling with her husband and visiting her children in their home cities of Brooklyn and San Francisco.  

Allison received an Associate’s Degree from Harrisburg Area Community College and her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University.  She is presently a member of the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics. She has an extensive 33-year nursing career in emergency service and critical care.  In 2009, Allison began to pursue her passion in skin and has loved every moment of this adventure.  Allison takes pride in teaching clients one positive change in their daily skin care routine that can make all the difference.  Beautiful skin is healthy skin!!! In her free time, Allison enjoys hanging out with family and friends, traveling with her husband Mike and looks forward to all her visits to Dewey Beach, Delaware!!!

Cindy joined Your Best Life MD a year ago and has proven to be an asset already. Her knowledge and responsibility she obtained while owning her own full service salon has made her ready to serve the needs of our patients in a prompt and friendly manner. She has been in the beauty industry for 35 years!  She takes pride in helping people to see the best in themselves.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and 3 four legged children.  In her downtime, Cindy loves to read and travel.
